About the Role
Booster is growing rapidly andlooking for versatile players who will thrive in a dynamic, tech-enabled operations environment. We’re specifically looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for a portfolio of Booster customers. In this role, you will provide end-to-end support, ensuring success of assigned customer accounts from Onboarding and Implementation through the lifetime of their service with Booster. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, and other teams within Booster to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences. The ideal candidate is customer-first in their approach, uses analytical skills to identify and solve problems, is thorough in their communications to external and internal customers alike, and demonstrates a high degree of ownership and accountability at all times.As a member of the Customer Success team, primary objectives include ensuring timely and thorough onboarding and launch of new accounts, maintaining the customer relationship to drive retention and growth, as well as profitability of your portfolio.

What You Will Be Doing
- Own a portfolio of Booster customer sites and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
- Oversee seamless Onboarding and timely Implementation and Launch of new customers/sites
- Enable customers to utilize Booster Customer Portal to manage self-service account features, reporting and insights to manage their fleets
- Attend cross-functional market-level operations meetings as a voice of the customer to coordinate implementation and launch readiness, monitor and report on service trends and ensure closed-loop resolution of customer-related issues and requests with Ops, Sales, Policy and other internal stakeholders.
- Use HubSpot to capture customer related activities and communications, as well as, drive customer-related issues and requests to complete resolution via ticketing systems.
- Manage portfolio to optimize overall performance by determining the highest priorities and appropriate trade-offs
- Proactively engage with customers to address performance of shared objectives, opportunities to optimize service, and to source actionable feedback to inform continuous improvement of Booster service and offerings.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives, to enhance the performance of the Customer team and how we collaborate with customers and partner teams across Booster.
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders within the organization (Operations, Product & Engineering, Sales, Finance, etc.) to drive company goals and portfolio targets for customers
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success/Account Management within a relevant fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of implementing, retaining and growing customers
- Passionate about achieving individual and team success. Self-driven, motivated and results oriented.
- Strong operations and/or detailed account management experience (comfortable diving into the details)
- Adaptable, entrepreneurial, and a persistent go-getter
- Strong organization, data analytics and time management skills
- High integrity, ethics, and team-building abilities
- Start-up experience a plus
Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $78,000 DOE Bonus Range: $42,000 - $50,000 DOE, Plus company equity
