Key Responsibilities
- Assist in accounts payable, accounts receivable & expense reimbursements, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment reconciliation.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes by performing account reconciliations and journal entries.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by supervisors or management.
- Utilize accounting software and other financial tools to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Preferably 1-2 years accounting experience.
- Strong academic performance with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
