Summary/Objective


VOXX International Corp., in Hauppauge, is looking for Product Support Representatives to assist in the Customer Service department. This position will support the Customer Service team by assisting customers via phone or email with troubleshooting technical issues. The hourly compensation for this position is $16.00 per hour.

Essential Functions


  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with products purchased
  • Place customer orders for parts that are beyond the warranty
  • Respond to phones calls and support emails regarding products
  • Product recommendations and set-up to consumers, dealers and installers
  • Assist customers with warranty issues
  • Ad hoc projects as directed by manager

Education/Experience


  • Minimum of a GED or related work experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience
