The Sr. Marketing Operations Specialist will report to the Marketing Analytics Lead.
As the Sr. Marketing Operations Specialist, you will:
- Take the lead on selecting, implementing, and maintaining a best-in-class marketing technology stack to serve marketers across channels
- Work closely with marketers, engineers, and data teams to ensure consistent, accurate and timely reporting of data across the organization
- Enable advanced analytics and modeling use cases by partnering with internal marketing, analytics, and data science teams to understand their requirements
Your Impact:
- Own the marketing technology strategy and roadmap
- Serve as an expert on all things data for their partners in the marketing organization
- Proactively identify areas of opportunity to constantly improve our operational efficiency
About You:
- 4+ years experience in planning, implementing and maintaining marketing technology to serve marketers across channels at scale
- 3+ years thinking about data as a product: managing pipelines and back end infra, governance, enabling analytics and data science use cases, etc
- 3+ years in various data or platform integration projects, knowledge of different data transfer and sharing protocols
- Experience supporting marketing organizations
- Willing to travel to the Oakland office monthly to collaborate with other Earnies
Even Better:
- SQL Expert (working knowledge of Python)
- Experience using Braze, Segment, Google Marketing Platform, Amplitude, Looker
- Experience with marketing attribution methodologies and concepts
- Familiarity with campaign execution and campaign optimizations

- This role will be based in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA.
- While you’ll enjoy the flexibility of remote work, we also love to see our Earnies face-to-face! We ask you to join us at our Oakland office for 3 consecutive days a month for team collaboration and some fun. It's a chance to connect, share ideas, and maybe even grab some coffee together!

The successful candidate’s starting pay will also be determined based on job-related qualifications, internal compensation, and budget. This range may be modified in the future.Pay Range $160,000—$170,000 USD
