About the Role:

Here’s your chance to think beyond the ordinary!We are searching for an Intern to join our Human Resources Department who will closely work with our recruitment team to create a candidate pool through employer branding, campus activation, networking, etc. various challenging tasks. We are so excited to bring in an intern that wants to build out a fast-paced, high-growth team.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Engage with different Universities to create awareness about Augmedix as an Employer.
  • Develop content and provide output about social media marketing for employer branding.
  • Provide all backend support to participate in different career fairs and sessions.
  • Attend career fairs & sessions at different universities.
  • Deal with Vendor and internal stakeholders.
  • Generate reports & stats relevant to ROI

Requirements:


  • Bachelor in  Business Administration or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Familiarity with social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A willingness to travel to different universities and organizations.

Sschedule & Benefits:


  • Duration: 3 Months
  • Time: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
  • Fully subsidized meals and snacks
  • Transportation: Drop Off
