How You Will Make an Impact


  • Creates Brand Messaging Hierarchy reaching new audiences to expand the brand awareness and conversion among current and expanded demographics using product attributes and works within the confines of the supplement industry regulations to market the brand.
  • Assortment, Promotion and Pricing Strategies: Development of assortment, bundling, pricing and promotional strategies that maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Annual Marketing Planning & Execution: Development and execution of a 360-marketing plan and calendar including: 28-minute informercials, short form, CTV, radio, and digital advertising in both the English and Hispanic markets in North America. They will also be responsible for developing the annual forecasts and budget to execute against that plan.
  • Brand Positioning and Consumer Data: Analyze brand positioning and consumer data to provide insights on what is working. Understanding trends, preferences, and behaviors, and how consumers will engage with our brands. Conduct competitive and consumer analyses and collaborate with other departments to build specific strategies to grow sales across all global markets.
  •  Product Development: Identification, sizing, and development of meaningful new products to add to the Omega XL franchise that allow us to expand into adjacent and growing segments of the market.
  • Communication Strategy and Production Oversight: The Executive Director, OmegaXL Brands (OmegaXL and OmegaXL Sports) will lead the communication strategy for the brand as it relates to asset development for infomercials, short form, CTV, and digital campaigns with an eye to conversion. They will work with the media and digital teams to ensure that the investments are delivering against the target MERs, CPA, ROAS and other relevant metrics. 
  • Talent and Partnerships: The Executive Director, OmegaXL Brands (OmegaXL and OmegaXL Sports) will work closely with the internal talent team to identify and negotiate celebrities for the shows, partnerships, and collaborations that are aligned with the Omega XL brand in both the English and Hispanic markets.
  • Retention: The Executive Director, OmegaXL Brands (OmegaXL and OmegaXL Sports) will be responsible for developing and executing retention strategies to ensure that customers are loyal and engaged to maximize LTV and reduce churn. These include call center strategies, email, loyalty programs, etc.
  • Revenue/Sales strategy – The Executive Director, OmegaXL Brands (OmegaXL and OmegaXL Sports) will collaborate closely with the leaders of the marketplaces, International, website and digital acquisition channels to ensure the achievement of the annual plan.

What You Bring to the Table


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, English, marketing, or related field. 
  • MBA is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Understanding of the full marketing mix, including experience with planning, management, execution, and measurement of all forms of media (TV, Digital, Radio).
  • Strong background working with a larger budget Direct-To-Consumer, CPC role with a CPG e-commerce environment preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Background in healthcare, wellness, and the supplement industry a plus.
  • Ability to be a self-starter that can take on tasks and projects and drive them to completion.
