About The Inbound Customer Care Agent:
The Inbound Customer Care Agent will handle inbound calls from health care providers/medical professionals. They will manage calls from various medical professionals including hospitals, clinics, doctor’s offices, and dentists.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via inbound calls to address a variety of customer inquiries which include:
- Virtual card payment management which includes topics such as assisting with processing credit card payments, locating transaction details, etc.
- Update payment information
- Update payment preferences
- Update contact information
- Offer basic website support
- Supporting website users in enrolling, resetting passwords and basic site navigation
- Handle customer inquiries in a consistently polite, professional, and efficient manner as measured by customer feedback scores.
- Follow client and company guidelines
- Assuring the customer’s information is correct; assuring the information given to the customer is accurate and correct.
- Comfortable handling an average of 60 – 70 calls per day.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have HS diploma or GED.
- Understanding and knowledge of HIPPA is a benefit but not a requirement.
- Ability to articulate themselves and think on their feet.
- Comfortable using PC platforms, Microsoft Office.
- Ability to type 25 wpm or greater.
- Soft skills are a must. i.e., Patient, understanding and empathetic.
- Friendly, Energetic, and personable attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Flexible team player with ability to execute duties efficiently.
- Reliable and honest.
- Good organizational skills and work habits.
- Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs.
