Senior Producer

How You Will Make an Impact

• Senior Producer will lead a project or campaign from pre-production through post-production
• Ideate and develop original multi-platform campaigns (360º campaigns)
• Senior Producer will gather and research all materials needed for the concept, development, and post-production processes
• Work within the workflow and use the software platforms within the department’s SOPs.
• Senior Producer will manage teams of producers, associate producers, editors and motion graphics on a per project basis
• Senior Producer will conceptualize, plan, develop, prioritize, implement video production schedule, prepare call sheets, schedule talent & crew, find locations, and manage budget
• Work with brand managers, marketing, and other relevant teams to help build content strategy - creating video concepts & proposals, and establishing content needs
• Manage multiple jobs at any given time, ensuring on-schedule delivery

What You Bring to the Table

• A minimum of 8 years of relatable experience required
• 4 years of leadership experience required
• Field experience producing and shooting content required
• Must be highly collaborative and able to maintain creative excellence in a fast-paced, ever changing landscape
• Strong English writing skills required
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred – Film, Television, Production, Communications, or related field
• Agency experience preferred
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
