Purpose
The Human Resources Generalist supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department, carrying out responsibilities Human ResourceInformation Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, safety, and employment.
Essential Functions

- 30%Manage recruiting for approved open positions
- 20%Support the administration and communication of benefit programs to employees
- 10%Document employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting
- 10%Document and periodically audit compensation and benefits administration
- 10%Support compliance reporting
- 10%Participate in the development and delivery of employee training, safety, welfare, wellness and health programs
- 10%Track and report on Human Resources activities
- Assist with committees and special projects

Required Qualifications
The required qualifications necessary in terms of education, course concentration, work experience, technical knowledge and desired advanced certifications.
- Prior experience in an office setting

- 2 or more years of general Human Resources education or experience
