Description of Position:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will work hand in hand with our Director of Business Development. You will help in generating leads, initiating conversations with potential clients, and setting up meetings to further discuss. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities of the position include, cold calling, emailing, and social media reach out, to generate leads and initiate conversations with potential clients. Qualify leads through strategic questioning and listening to understand their business needs and challenges to see if we would be a fit.
Other duties may include:
- Cold Calling, emailing, and social media reach out, to generate leads and initiate conversations with potential clients.
- Qualify leads through strategic questioning and listening to understand their business needs and challenges to see if we would be a fit.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings and manage calendars.
- Manage and prioritize leads effectively, tracking progress through the sales pipeline and providing regular updates to management.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Occasionally attend events to network.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- FinTech or banking knowledge/experience preferred.
- Experience working with a CRM.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite,
- Superb critical thinking, problem-solving, research, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines with little supervision.
- Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.
