- Creates GEOINT in support of mission or customer-driven requirements.
- Applies GEOINT tradecraft expertise to build, process, and/or analyze a wide variety of geospatial data in order to create GEOINT products or services. These products and services range from geographically focused foundational, target materials to intelligence production products and services.
- Support client's functional management and target materials production.
- Activities involve feature extraction using monoscopic, feature analysis, feature validation, installation and facilities characterization and delineation tradecraft, Geospatially Enabled Target Material (GETM) creation and collection, target materials production, quality control processes, and data entry.
- Activities also involve data acquisition, data evaluation, data analysis, data application, quality control/assurance, and product finishing.
- Possess knowledge of intermediate and targeting development processes and address Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) trend analysis findings, recurring training, and production Issues.
Education/Skills/Experience Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in researching National Technical Means (NTM) or Near-infrared / Red / Green (NRG)-collected; commercial and airborne imagery sources.
- 7-10 years of demonstrated experience providing support with spatial and temporal analysis of OSINT, HUMINT, and SIGINT reporting for characterization of GEOINT analysis.
- Completed an Imagery Analysis Curriculum through the Military or Intelligence Community.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with national and service. intelligence agencies/centers.
- Strong knowledge in the tasking of overhead intelligence collection systems.
- Strong knowledge of NTM, airborne, and civil/commercial sensors providing hardcopy and softcopy imagery including historical imagery.
- Strong knowledge of digital data including but not limited to, commercial imagery, NTM, airborne, motion and full motion imagery, panchromatic data, spectral data, and synthetic aperture radar (SAR) data.
- Strong knowledge of Manual light tables and electronic light tables functionalities.
- Working knowledge of systems and software programs such as: RemoteView, Socet GXP, ERDAS Imagine, ArcGIS, and ArcPro.
- 3-5 years of intelligence analysis experience in the Intelligence Community or military commands at the national and tactical levels.
- Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills with an ability to present and discuss technical and procedural aspects of imagery software.
- Secret Clearance Required
