We are looking for a Customer Success Director to join our Business Development team.In this role, you will drive the success and growth of our key accounts. You will be responsible for orchestrating both tactical and strategic initiatives, building and nurturing relationships, and delivering innovative solutions that align with our customers’ goals and Starship’s vision.This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, sales skills, and deep industry expertise, combined with a proactive, hands-on approach to customer success.
This position can be based in Estonia, Finland, or Germany.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Growing existing accounts by expanding business opportunities within current partnerships and enhancing their value
- Developing and implementing best practices, processes, and standardized procedures for effective account management
- Mentoring and leading the current account manager, with a focus on developing skills and supporting their growth
- Driving account planning and expansion through relentless execution of tailored strategies to achieve high-volume sales and revenue growth
- Building and maintaining trust and loyalty with customers, anticipating potential issues, and establishing strategies to improve satisfaction
- Developing a deep understanding of customer business models, competitive landscapes, and market trends to guide internal strategies and provide innovative solutions
- Serving as a thought leader and trusted advisor to C-level executives, leveraging industry expertise to shape business strategies and drive mutual growth

What we hope you’ll bring to the table:
- 3+ years of experience in similar roles, such as key account management or customer success, with a proven track record managing large accounts (7-figure revenue)
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious account growth targets, with a strong commercial focus and the ability to work against targets
- Skilled in negotiation and influence, with a track record of driving results and managing high-value accounts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building client rapport and managing multiple accounts with attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a deep understanding of industry trends and market dynamics
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, proficient in CRM software and performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
