Our CommUNITY Store Managers flawlessly deliver on sales, visual merchandising, business development, community events, and people management to exceed business goals, increase brand awareness, and train and develop a team of future Greyson leaders.
We call our store leaders CommUNITY Store Managers for a reason, this is not your typical retail position! We are looking for entrepreneurs, passionate about the brand, their communities, and being part of building something new. Greyson is growing rapidly and there are extensive opportunities for growth for people with passion and hustle!Please note that this is an on-site position available to people currently residing in the Atlanta Metropolitan area. 

Position Overview:


As the Store Manager, you will:● Lead the sales team to maximize sales, deliver exceptional customer and employee experiences, and build loyal and authentic client relationships.● Train and develop a sales team focused on personal styling and product knowledge.● Drive Greyson Cares initiatives as we support the communities around us and organizations with similar values in our mission to support the environment, diversity, unity, and the city of Atlanta.● Create a balance of sales and service by having the right people in the right place at theright time through flawless execution of payroll management.● Ensures the implementation of CRM initiatives to develop a clientele network for the store.● Escalate the needs of the business cross-functionally to support the growth of the business.● Manage the day-to-day performance of the retail team in support of business objectives, enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.● Partner with the VP of CX and Human Resources on any performance management concerns in a timely and professional manner.● Lead recruitment efforts to ensure the location is properly staffed with top talent.● Maintains a well-merchandised store, following visual presentation plans and standards and ensuring the proper execution of merchandising directives.● Maintains high cleanliness standards consistently throughout the store in the areas of store appearance, merchandise, and equipment.● Maintain all display fixtures, lighting, and marketing materials.● Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor.● Motivate the team through the creation of a fun work environment.● Ensure asset/inventory control including physical inventory, proper reconciliationinventory variances, cash handling, and taking proper measures to minimize shrink.● Monitor and take action on retail KPIs to positively impact sales and profitability

Qualifications:


The Store Manager has:● The ability to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners to execute shared business outcomes.● The ability to set clear objectives and inspire the team to reach their highest potential.● A great sense of style, representing the Greyson brand, aesthetic, and style fundamentals while setting trends and influencing culture.● The ability to impact at a 3ft and 3,000ft level, working on the sales floor with clients and leading by example as well as working strategically as a business owner to drive business objectives.
