About the Role


Are you a driven individual with a passion for connecting people and a knack for building relationships? We're on the lookout for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team at Tenderly. In this role, you'll be the front line of our sales efforts, responsible for reaching out to potential customers, engaging with leads, and enriching our sales pipeline.

What You'll Do


Discover:

 Conduct in-depth research to identify potential customers and key decision-makers who will benefit from Tenderly's solutions.

Connect:

 Initiate meaningful contact through emailing and social media outreach to spark interest and build relationships.

Engage:

 Dive deep into conversations with prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and how Tenderly can help.

Qualify:

 Assess and qualify leads, ensuring a steady flow of promising opportunities to our sales/business development team.

Organize:

 Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce, ensuring every interaction is logged and every lead is nurtured.

Collaborate:

 Work closely with our marketing team to refine messaging, drive innovative experiments, and optimize outreach strategies.

About You


- You’re a go-getter with a passion for sales and a talent for engaging conversations. You’re resourceful, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Here’s what makes you a perfect fit for our team:- Your verbal and written communication skills are strong, and you can convey ideas clearly and persuasively.- You have experience in using CRM (Attio, Pipedrive, or other)- You’re fearless when it comes to making outbound calls and engaging with potential customers.- You have the ability to quickly grasp new tools, technologies, and concepts.- You’re excited about the potential of the Web3 space and eager to dive into its complexities.- Sales or customer service experience is a must- While prior sales or customer service is must, blockchain experience is a plus, it's not required.
