InfluxDB is the leading time series platform in the real-time analytics space and we are looking for a customer obsessed Product Marketing Manager who will provide an immediate impact in all go-to-market functions of our business.The application window will be open until at least November 8, 2024.

This opportunity will remain online based on business needs which may be before or after the specified date.

What you'll be doing:



  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to understand their use cases, gather testimonials, and capture success stories. Leverage customer feedback and insights to improve product positioning, messaging, and competitive battle cards.

  • Create compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with prospects and target customers. 

  • Enable our amazing sales teams to position InfluxDB and win against competition: 

  • Create necessary training and tools to effectively sell InfluxDB. Develop pitch decks, use case 101, case studies, competitive battle cards, webinars and blogs

  • Work closely with sales to ensure they have a deep understanding of the product's value proposition and can effectively communicate it to prospects.

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Collect and publish benchmark studies to highlight InfluxDB strengths.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and engineering, to launch incremental features as well as whole new products

What you bring to the team:



  • 2-5 years of Product Marketing experience, preferably within Enterprise B2B SaaS 

  • Prior experience focused on data analytics, monitoring, observability or IoT are preferred. Experience with Kubernetes or public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure or GCP are a plus.

  • Storyteller with the ability to communicate with a technical audience 

  • Demonstrated ability to develop content, collateral, product positioning and messaging, as well as enablement assets
