How You Will Make an Impact


  • Leadership: The Senior Director, Digital Content Strategy & Creation will lead the transformation of the company’s digital capabilities in creative, content, brand storytelling and production. Act as a catalyst of change, guiding the team to seamlessly adapt to the evolving landscape of digital content creation.
  • Creative Development: The Senior Director, Digital Content Strategy & Creation will lead scripting, storyboarding for digital projects. Understand and drive best practices around imagery, copy and formats that lead to conversion on platforms such as Meta, YouTube, Tik Tok while aligning with the overall brand strategies. Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Project Management: Lead all stages of the production process for digital: pre-production, budgeting, production, and post-production timelines for digital projects.
  • Team Building: Recruit and build-out a best-in-class digital production team, fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence.
  • Trend Analysis & Experimentation: Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in digital content production. Proactively test new ad format and messaging to enhance creative effectiveness. Drive growth and visibility by exploring innovative content approaches and staying updated on emerging platforms.
  • Performance Evaluation: The Senior Director, Digital Content Strategy & Creation will be familiar with metrics that help analyze creative performance such as hook and hold rates and platforms such as Motion that the media team is using. Share the performance metrics with the extended digital creation team to educate on best practices and the performance of creatives.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: The Senior Director, Digital Content Strategy & Creation will work with internal teams and external stakeholders, securing buy-in for creative concepts and strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table


  • Bachelor’s degree in media production, digital media, or marketing/business.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience, with 10 + years managing digital strategy and creation.
  • Proficiency with creative tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, social media management tools).
  • Mix of in-house and agency experience (is a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and complex projects, with experience in staffing, logistical planning, and budgetary oversight.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in website and ad platform content, particularly Meta, YouTube, and Tik Tok.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual story telling and experience in analyzing digital creative performance to drive decision making.
  • Development of marketing creative for a subscription-based business.
