As a Data Analyst at Omada Health, you will focus on designing and building dashboards and visualizations that effectively communicate the efficiency and impact of our health programs to clients such as employers, insurers, and pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs). Your role will involve analyzing complex data sets to derive actionable insights, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, and delivering intuitive visualizations that demonstrate the value of our programs in improving health outcomes and operational efficiencies for these stakeholders.
About you:
We seek a proactive, organized Data Analyst skilled in data visualization and clear communication. You will excel in transforming complex data into impactful visual insights, driving actionable outcomes and enhancing communication of Omada Health program effectiveness to clients and teams.
- Skilled in data visualization with at least 4 years of experience, adept at translating complex data into compelling visual stories.
- Strong communication skills, with a track record of effectively conveying insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail, driving actionable outcomes.
- At least 4 years of experience using business intelligence tools, with proficiency in Tableau preferred.
- Proficient in SQL with extensive experience in data cleansing and transforming.
- Experience in analyzing and presenting data to enhance understanding and decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
