As a Brand Success Manager, you will be at the heart of our brand success team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of sales processes and the successful execution of commercial strategies.
This role demands a combination of strong commercial acumen, analytical prowess, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound
- Monitor inbound queue, qualify and reject/approve brands passing a certain quality standard to be onboarded within defined SLAs
- Outreach to inbound brands that need further conversation to qualify and pitch the value of Flip.
Brand Success
- Perform brand success calls to ensure that every brand is set up for success on Flip. Success is for brands to understand key levers and perform certain tasks.
- Update CRM based on strong discovery skills.
Scale
- Report on results and suggest process optimizations to increase efficiency
- Work with leadership to define scalable processes to deliver those levers and tasks at scale.
- Optimize and scale (when successful) both the outreach and the scalable process
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 4 years of sales / account management experience with a proven track record of success.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of sales operations experience or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to scale solutions.
- Strong customer centricity and objection handle skills
- Communicate clearly and precisely externally as well as with team members
- Management experience is a plus
