The Role
We are seeking a Legal Operations Manager / Paralegal to play a critical role in supporting the legal and regulatory functions within our organization. This position is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong interest in pursuing a career in law or regulatory affairs. If you are a highly organized, detail-oriented candidate capable of managing multiple concurrent work streams and projects, we would love to hear from you.
Core Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate tasks and projects for the legal team, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Maintain and organize legal documents, contracts, and records.
Support the legal team in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing various legal documents.
Manage and execute implementation of legal/compliance technology, systems, and departmental resources.
Develop and implement processes and procedures for the legal team and track progress of tasks/projects
Manage process for preparation, review, and approval of policies and procedures.
Assist with legal budget management and reporting.
Assistant with applications and renewals for insurance licenses.
Manage scheduling, calendar management, and administrative tasks for the legal team.
What We Value
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Legal Studies, Pre-Law, Business Administration, Political Science, etc.).
2-3 years of experience in a legal, regulatory operations, or administrative role.
Experience both at a firm and in-house.
Familiarity with legal processes and terminology.
Experience with legal research tools and databases.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience with JIRA/Confluence or other task/project management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
The salary range for this job opportunity is $65,000 to $90,000 per year, which is the amount Angle Health anticipates paying for this position at the time of this job posting. The actual base salary offered may differ and will depend on various factors such as geographic location, skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as internal equity.
