We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Manager of Revenue Operations to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, optimizing sales processes, and enhancing operational efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of hands-on system ownership, strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of revenue operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Systems Management: Manage and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools to support sales activities and reporting requirements.
- Sales Operations Management: Help drive all aspects of sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and sales performance analysis.
- Revenue Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue generation, improve sales productivity, and enhance customer retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to align revenue initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and ensure scalability.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the sales funnel and revenue lifecycle.
- Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver training programs, tools, and resources to enable sales teams to achieve their targets effectively.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track sales performance, revenue metrics, and operational effectiveness.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data privacy policies, and internal controls related to revenue operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. 10+ years of total experience.
- Must have been a Salesforce Admin or preferably the sole Salesforce Admin at a company in the last 5 years.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving sales efficiency, and optimizing sales processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
