We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Specialist to join our Communications Studio and help us elevate our clients' brands. 
As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategies that amplify our clients' voices and meet their unique business goals using social media. You will create and curate content, manage social media accounts, analyze performance metrics, and engage with audiences. Your goal is to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and foster community engagement across social platforms.The ideal candidate is a social media enthusiast with a deep understanding of various platforms, trends, and best practices. We are a dynamic marketing services agency that thrives on creativity, innovation, and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

You’ll work with team members across our service lines, including Strategic, Creative, and Interactive. Responsibilities As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Planning and Development
  • Collaborate with our team to create comprehensive social media strategies that align with client objectives and brand identity across various industries.

  • Content Creation

  • Partner with our service lines to create compelling, creative, and on-brand content for social media channels, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to each client’s industry
  • Experience identifying and working with influencers/content creators to support client campaigns
  • Community Management
  • Monitor, engage, and grow client’s owned social channels by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate relationships with influencers and brand advocates
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and others. 
  • Prepare monthly reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement to optimize strategies.
  • Trend Monitoring
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies to ensure that our clients remain at the forefront of the digital landscape.
  • Collaboration 
  • Work closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and client partnerships, to ensure social media efforts are integrated with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Campaigns
  • Work across agency to collaborate on the planning, execution, and management of paid social media campaigns to support clients' marketing goals, ensuring optimal ROI.

What you’ll need

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and their respective best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging content tailored to different audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising campaigns and influencer marketing
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
