Our marketing team is growing! Currently set up as a lean team, that is focused on driving pipeline, we are looking for self-starting Business Development Representative to come join us and contribute to this goal. Genesis is transforming the way we work and the way we position ourselves in the industry. As a key player with strong offerings and clients and investors backing us, you will be responsible for creating meaningful relationships with our target audience through creation and distribution of content, ultimately driving meetings that turn into revenue opportunities.This role will be based in London reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, on a part-time basis for 20 hours a week.
You will work from Tuesday to Friday and because you will be supporting the USA your hours will be from 1pm to 6pm.Although this is a six-month fixed term contract to start with it has the potential to going to permanent should the objectives and goals be achieved. The salary advertised will be pro-rated.
What we are looking for
· Experience in account research and relationship building· A deep understanding of the BANT network so that this can be applied to our business needs and challenges are approached in a consultative manner· Your ability to collaborate and demonstrable examples of when you have:· An appreciation for governance of data quality· Domain expertise within financial technology, capital markets or similar SaaS based industry
What you will be accountable for delivering
· Expanding relations with prospects where they will understand the value of the Genesis Platform· Qualifying prospects so that opportunities can be generated· Cultivating an engaged base of relationships from within the target account base· Continually find opportunities to make it better and improving targeting and messagingDon’t think you check off all the above?
