WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Lead the marketing lifecycle function to increase the effectiveness of our marketing programs and ABM strategy
- Develop the strategy for email marketing campaigns that nurture prospects, retain customers and inform partners around new content, webinars, event invitations, product launches, company announcements and critical industry updates
- Collaborate closely with the SDR, product marketing, digital and events teams to ensure alignment around email communication action plan
- Be instrumental in optimizing the lead management flow within HubSpot and Salesforce with emphasis on "Speed to Lead” approach
- Support KPI lifecycle reporting in Salesforce and PowerBi dashboards. Analyze and present lead performance by campaign type with actionable insights on marketing programs and ROI \Support implementation of any additional tools like Chilipiper that can streamline the handoff process for Marketing to SDRs and SDRs to Sales
- Support related marketing or revenue operations initiatives where needed
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, operations or related function
- Thorough understanding of how to craft value-based and solution focused email messaging from a marketing and sales perspective
- Experience executing successful lead nurturing and scoring programs with escalations based on engagement
- Proficiency in system setup and integration around lead flow between HubSpot and Salesforce
- Understanding of marketing KPIs and analytics, proactive in analyzing performance and making improvements
- Detail-oriented with experience in marketing system implementations and campaign management
- Knowledge around account scoring, account journey tracking and ABM platform utilization a plus
- Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience
The base salary for this role is between $100,000-125,000
