The Ground Sensors Directorate (SN) mission is to develop, test, acquire, deploy, and sustain Missile Defense System radars. The RSTAC program will have the responsibility in ground and flight test sensor system test planning, provisioning, execution, analysis, and infrastructure. The RSTAC program is responsible for test and analysis activities for the following radar systems: the Army Navy/Transportable Radar Surveillance and Control – Model 2 (AN/TPY-2), the Sea-Based X-band (SBX) radar, the Cobra Dane radar, and the Upgraded Early Warning Radars (UEWRs).Any candidates with recent test planning, execution, or analysis experience with any of the above radars would be highly desired. The HWIL equipment utilized in testing currently consists of multiple test strings, all located at the Advanced Research Center (ARC) in Huntsville, Alabama.Flight Test includes activities across all test phases, including planning and requirements, readiness, execution, and analysis and reporting. Flight Test also includes test provisioning support, including the maintenance of the Mission Operations Center (MOC) and Mission Support Center (MSC) shelters used for work activities at the AN/TPY-2 test site. RSTAC services will also include the operation and non-Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) sustainment for the Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) representations for each sensor, along with laboratory facilities required for ground testing, SPMTs, and CDI testing.  We are seeking to augment our current workforce with technical positions at multiple levels of experience to include: Radar System Analysts / Scientists / Subject Matter Experts, Radar Engineers, Radar Software Analysts, Radar Operators, Technicians, Quality Assurance Analysts, Data Managers, System Administrators, IT Engineers, Security staff, and Administrative staff.  Selected candidates will be joining our Engineering Services (ES) Team in Huntsville, Alabama and become part of our rapidly growing technology company operating in missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, biotechnology, and space control marketspaces.
