Summary:


As a Regional Sales Representative for the Ohio and Pennsylvania region, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets within the designated geographical area. The role involves understanding the market dynamics, promoting products or services, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to consistently and profitably meet sales budget through expert management of sales activities.
  • Conduct thorough research on the Ohio and Pennsylvania market to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product benefits to potential clients.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, detailing progress, challenges, and future goals.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, and close sales deals in line with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the region.
  • Write SOP’s for both internal and external customers.
  • Establish and manage processes, standards, and performance metrics alongside Sales Director; monitoring results actuals-to-plan and follow through.
  • Co-develop and create the sales strategy and tactical sales management metrics of VIS markets.
  • Prospect, cold-call, and solicit new business required to meet/exceed sales budget.
  • Co-manage customer sales forecasting/reporting.
  • Prepare written quotes for sealant and equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Education and/or Experience Required


  • Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of technical service experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a high impact key account sales position

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience:


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a regional or territory-based role.
  • Strong understanding of the Ohio and Pennsylvania market.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven.
  • Ability to adjust equipment/processes to get desired results (both internally and externally)

Language Skills:


  • English required, bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Physical Demands:


  • This role may require frequent travel within the Arizona and Western United States region to meet clients, service accounts, speak with physicians on TSA related issues, and attend industry events.
  • Position requires walking, standing for prolonged periods, occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. May frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
