Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative is a motivated, results-driven and dynamic sales professional who can drive sales and make internal decisions without hands on supervision. The ISR sells products to existing customers and prospective customers, while also providing support to field sales representatives. The main duties include hunting for new sales opportunities utilizing tactics such as cold-calling and e-mailing prospects from conferences and additional references. The ISR will be skilled in presenting the Company’s products and discussing terms and conditions.
Additionally, the ISR will coordinate the shipment of samples and literature, while also providing product demonstrations via Microsoft TEAMS.The position will support internal and external Sales, Marketing and Customer Service functions, including distribution partners and independent sales reps. The ISR has a strong work ethic and an ability to think outside the box leading to double digit year-over-year sales growth. The position will report to the Director of National Sales.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Effectively collaborate with the outside sales representatives and sales leadership to grow the current customer base with additional products/services through referrals and introductions
- Conduct internet searches, compiling databases of prospective customers and health care facilities with key contacts for prospecting activities
- Present value proposition and close sales utilizing Salesforce CRM system and other technological programs such as phone and internet applications
- Tracks and identifies market competition pricing, services, and new product introductions including revisions or changes in packaging
- Customer interface on existing accounts
- Proactive selling on existing accounts, including presenting additional/new products
- Maintaining regular contact with prospective and existing customers to keep them informed of new pricing structures, changes in product offering and service, credit account requirements and addressing questions relating to quotes, products, or services
- Strive to analyze and fulfill the client's needs
- Contact a minimum of 30 customers or prospects each day via telephone or email communication
- Promote awareness to prospective customers through telephone calls, mailing samples and brochures and email-campaigns through CRM and automated marketing tools
- Other duties as needed and requested by Director of National Sales
Qualifications, Education and/or Experience Required:
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree required in Technical, Business, Marketing, Education, Business/Administration, Science, General Education, Communications
- Experience in Inside sales and client account management a must
- Customer support experience a plus
- Verified track record of achieving/exceeding quota
- Computer literacy (MS Office) and experience in CRM platforms
- Critical thinking, writing, speaking, compelling presentation and social skills
Language Skills:
- English required, bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
