The Role
As our Communications and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies across multiple channels to enhance our brand visibility, engage with our audience, and support our business objectives. This role combines traditional PR functions with event marketing and social media management, offering a unique opportunity to shape our company's public image and marketing initiatives in the exciting field of voice AI technology.
Key Responsibilities
Communications (40%)
Develop and implement strategic communication plans aligned with Resemble AI's goals
Write and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other communications materials about our voice synthesis technology
Manage media relations, including fielding inquiries and securing positive coverage in tech and AI-focused publications
Craft messaging for executive communications, including speeches and presentations about our innovative products
Monitor industry trends and news in AI and voice technology to identify PR opportunities and potential issues
Develop and maintain crisis communication plans
Event Marketing (30%)
Plan, execute, and manage Resemble AI's participation in industry events, trade shows, and tech conferences
Organize and oversee company-hosted events, including webinars, workshops, and customer gatherings to showcase our voice synthesis capabilities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging at all events
Manage event budgets and analyze ROI for event participation
Develop post-event follow-up strategies to maximize lead generation and networking opportunities
Social Media Management (30%)
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across all relevant platforms
Create engaging, on-brand content for social media channels that highlights our voice AI technology
Monitor social media conversations and engage with followers, influencers, and industry leaders in the AI and voice synthesis space
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance
Collaborate with other departments to ensure social media aligns with overall marketing and business objectives
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, particularly in the tech and AI sectors
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
5+ years of experience in communications, PR, or marketing roles, preferably in the tech industry
Proven track record in developing and executing successful PR campaigns and events
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with media relations and building relationships with journalists and influencers in the tech space
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
A passion for technology and innovation in the field of speech synthesis
Preferred Qualifications
