Why this team and role exist
We are very excited to be expanding the Revenue Operations team, at Genesis Global. Amid an exciting phase of growth, Genesis is prepared to scale successful go-to-market (GTM) approaches. We are therefore looking for a Senior Analyst who is obsessed (in a healthy way!) with measuring every aspect of the Genesis sales and marketing funnel. You will play a critical role in the team helping Genesis design key GTM processes, measure outcomes & ROI and lead various strategic projects in partnership with cross-functional teams in Finance, HR, Product.This role will be based in New York on a hybrid basis where we come in once or twice a week to collaborate and innovate.You’ll be primarily responsible for designing and owning how Genesis measures success, by delivering insights in how Genesis can invest in/or adjust its GTM strategies and processes. You will also design, and program manage our most critical GTM programs. $120,000 - $140,000 a year
What we are looking for
·We are looking for an experienced candidate who will have a minimum of 2-3 years for the criteria below:·SaaS experience, ideally in a scale-up, possessing full understanding of top of funnel marketing & sales tactics, processes and KPIs.·Someone who has worked with top of funnel marketing data including leads, lead sources, campaign/event and ROI, conversion rates ·Has experience as a primary partner to sales and demand generation with a track record of supporting growth in revenue operations, growth operations or marketing operations capacity.·Bonus: experience and expertise completing basic Salesforce and/or HubSpot
What you will be accountable for delivering
·Creating and managing a roadmap of systems enhancements in line with GTM approaches and data driven insights·Finding proof points for what’s working and what needs to change while having fun!·Digging for insights and finding that lightbulb, “aha!” moments. ·Proactive and thoughtful collaboration will be rewarded as you will seek to move fast, but with proper context. ·Best practices relevant to Genesis – from both internal and external, market sources

·Building sales, marketing and revenue related reporting and dashboards using CRM·Creating & delivering compelling, data driven presentations.·Project & program manage experience across various areas of the RevOps team’s scope including GTM cadences, enablement programs and systems roadmapsDon’t think you check off all the above?
