Role and expectations
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will work directly with the CEO to build pipeline and manage full cycle deals. What you’ll do here:
Own entire customer sales cycle from lead generation to close
Develop pipeline through strategic outbound to target accounts
Work collaboratively with product and operations to share customer feedback
Contribute to sales playbook development and process improvement
About you
We’re looking for someone who is excited about joining a small but quickly moving climate tech startup in the EV charging space.You’ll be a great fit for this role if you enjoy:

Representing a company in an externally-facing role that involves regularly meeting with significant industry players
A strong candidate will have the following experience/skills:
At least 3 years in a quota carrying sales role
Experience with outbound sales and lead generation (using Hubspot, Clay, Apollo, and other key tools)
Full cycle deal experience: can prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close deals
Ability to operate with autonomy as one of our first sales hires
Excellent communication skills, including both written and oral communication
Ability to understand and articulate complex, semi-technical topics in a clear, simple, and concise way to stakeholders
Familiarity with the fleet or logistics industry is a bonus
Experience at early stage startups is a bonus
