We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Readiness and Change Specialist to manage change initiatives related to key IT priorities, such as client feedback, growth, and efficiency. The successful candidate will track and communicate progress, develop change metrics, and ensure readiness and valuable communication to internal (business/IT) and external stakeholders (clients, partners, etc.)
A typical day in the life of the Product Readiness and Change Specialist
will include but not be limited to the following:
Change Management:
- Manage and implement change management strategies to support key IT priorities, including client feedback, growth, and efficiency.
- Identify potential change risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Communication Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication plan, such as development of IT support portal, aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Ensure communication plans support the delivery of value and align with SAFe principles and practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make necessary adjustments.
Internal Communication:
- Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure alignment and transparency within the organization with respect to product launches, IT support enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and other teams to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Create and distribute regular updates on project status, key milestones, and other relevant information to all stakeholders.
- Organize and lead internal meetings, workshops, and events to foster a collaborative environment.
External Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring clients are informed about project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Product Managers and RTEs to gather and relay client feedback to relevant teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and other communication materials for external stakeholders.
Content Creation:
- Produce high-quality communication materials, including newsletters, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Ensure all communication materials are clear, concise, and aligned with the organization's messaging and branding.
Progress Tracking:
- Track the progress of change initiatives and communicate updates to internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and transparent communication of project statuses, risks, and issues.
- Develop and distribute regular progress reports to executives from IT/business along with relevant stakeholders.
Metrics and Measurement:
- Develop and maintain a change dashboard/scorecard to measure and report on change progress.
- Establish key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Analyze data and provide insights to improve change management processes.
Release Management:
- Share release schedules with business units and clients, highlighting value and change readiness.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth and timely releases.
- Communicate the benefits and impact of new releases to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with business units, clients, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
- Ensure stakeholder concerns are addressed and incorporated into change plans.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops as needed.
Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver training programs to support change initiatives.
- Provide support and guidance to employees during change implementation.
- Create and distribute training materials and user guides.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in change management practices.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into future change initiatives.
- Stay current with industry best practices and apply them to the organization's change management processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in change management, communication, or a related role.
- Proven experience managing IT change initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with change metrics and measurement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in change management concepts, tools, and software.
- We are located in the River Ridge Commerce Center at 150 Hilton Drive, Jeffersonville, IN. You must be willing to work in this location; PharmaCord does reimburse for tolls if applicable, at the frequent user rate. This rate is applied after 40 trips per month (valued at $678.60 per year)
Preferred Qualifications and Competencies:
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci).

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time, use hands to type, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to type 35 WPM with 97% accuracy.
- Although very minimal, flexibility to travel as needed is preferred.
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.
