Mixlab, the fast-growing veterinary compounding pharmacy, is hiring a full-time Territory Sales Manager who is customer focused and passionate about providing personalized care for pets and pet-owners. Taking care of customers and veterinarians is our #1 priority, so we are seeking an experienced, empathetic sales individual drive ny an ability to #MakeItHappen for our furry (and scaly!) friends. Our Territory Sales Manager will partner with veterinary practices throughout the western United States. After raising our Series A funding, we are building for massive growth, and you will play a significant role in our company's success as we scale!
This is a remote role that should be based in the territory covered or able to work in the same time zone.OTE - $112,000-$132,000 ($60,000-80,000k Base + $52,000 Bonus)

About the Role


  • Manage roughly 300+ accounts for one of Mixlab’s core territories (PNW/West)
  • Exceed sales goals through business planning, territory management, and set productivity goals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to account management
  • Contact potential clients (veterinary hospitals and other animal-based centers that provide medical services) through outbound cold calls and emails to introduce Mixlab as a compounding pharmacy solution
  • Conduct needs analysis through in-person, phone or virtual meetings, present Mixlab’s compounding capabilities, and nurture existing relationships
  • Assist in onboarding new customers through web-based demonstrations of Mixlab’s proprietary software
  • Maintain intimate knowledge of Mixlab offerings and be able to communicate our value proposition effectively
  • Help create effective sales & marketing materials and provide input on product expansion opportunities
  • Maintain customer database with accurate and up-to-date profile information, pertinent notes, and opportunity tracking
  • Attend trade shows and events and qualify any resulting leads

About You


  • You have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a relevant Sales/Marketing role
  • You have experience demonstrating success in a full cycle sales role from prospecting to activation to account management
  • You are proficient in Google Suite products and other common business applications
  • You have experience managing a pipeline within CRM software tools; experience with HubSpot is a plus
  • You have exceptional communication skills, including crafting emails, cold calling, hosting meetings, and following up
  • You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are hungry to take advantage of the growth opportunities it brings
  • You are highly results-oriented and display grit and excitement to achieve your goals
  • You have excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • You are customer-focused with a positive, professional attitudeYou love animals and are passionate about making a difference in the lives of animals, their owners, and veterinary health professionals Experience in the veterinary industry is a plus
