Additionally, we provide an accommodation process for those who may require full remote work.*Hybrid positions are only applicable to employees within a 35-mile radius of Provi officesProvi is looking for a Distributor Account Manager to work hand-in-hand with one of our most critical partners - Distributor Partners.
The Distributor team’s purpose is to help our Distributor Partners grow and adapt their businesses, and we work with distributors across the country with the goal of saving them time and increasing profitability for their Sales Reps and Customers. Our Distributor Account Managers are responsible for building strong working relationships with Distributor leadership and sales teams to help drive adoption and usage of Provi’s product features and tools and portfolio adoption of their customers.
What you'll be doing
- Creating deep relationships with Distributor Leadership, Sales Reps, and Sales Managers/Directors and setting them up for success by understanding their growth goals, strategies, and initiatives and positioning Provi as a best-in-class product solution
- Presenting new products and product improvements in trainings for Sales Reps, recommending best practice use-cases of Provi’s product features and tools, and leading business reviews and stakeholder alignment calls with Distributor Leadership
- Monitoring and increasing usage of Provi’s distributor sales tools, and upselling tools that the customer is not currently using
- Serving as the primary point-of-contact for questions and issue escalations and proactively managing at-risk distributors internally and externally
