We’re hiring an Associate Salesforce Administrator to join Raptive’s Salesforce team!

The team reports to the Director of Marketing Operations, and our Marketing Operations organization supports the entire company with data, insights, systems, and business support to drive growth and strengthen our relationships with creators.We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people and building cross-functional relationships in addition to Salesforce experience and a knack for data analysis.
In this role, you will enhance the Salesforce experience for our users.What you’ll be doing:
- Tier 1 end-user technical or application support including : triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, requirements gathering, user story creation and support escalation coordination
- Create and curate end-user documentation for Salesforce and Salesforce-integrated applications
- Update end-users on new features and relay best practices through formulated training
- Monitor Salesforce usage, data hygiene and process indicators to proactively identify and address issues
- Salesforce data analysis and maintenance including reporting and report type support and maintenance
- Deliver new functionality and support the team with end-user perspective, testing and data work during ongoing sprints within an agile process
The skills and experience you bring to the job:
- You enthusiastically enjoy your experience in customer-facing tech support.
- 3+ years providing end-user technical support as an application support analyst or similar. Experience with providing user-facing day-to-day support, and managing work via a ticketing system.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to make end-user documentation interesting, clear and easy to use and the ability to bring calm and order to a complicated technical issue.
- Experience creating end-user training and documentation including experience with presentation and video creation
- 1+ years experience with data hygiene work or data analysis in support of systems and team members. Ability to think critically and logically through complex data adjustments.
- High degree of familiarity with and recall of Excel or Google Sheets formulas
- 1+ years in a Salesforce Administrator job role
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Data governance or stewardship background
- Experience in business analysis or a Salesforce Business Analyst certification
- Experience with complex data migrations between systems
- SQL knowledge
- Experience working in a technical capacity with Mulesoft Composer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesloft

The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities.
