About the Role

We’re seeking a driven Paid Search Manager to help launch and lead our paid search initiatives. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in paid search to launch and optimize campaigns, enhance performance metrics, and support the overall growth of the business. Your Day-to-Day
- Develop and implement effective paid search strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms to maximize ROI.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management.
- Conduct regular performance analyses to identify opportunities for campaign improvements and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid search efforts with broader marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are innovative and competitive.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
- Test and evaluate new paid search tools and platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in a paid search or PPC management role.
- Proficient in using paid search platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, with a strong understanding of SEO principles.
- Demonstrates excellent analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to make informed decisions.
- Possesses strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and reporting.
- Exhibits an entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive innovative solutions.
- Committed to achieving outstanding results, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
