Qualifications: The Real Estate Agent must have confidence and genuine enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Strong communication skills that are proactive and organized are paramount for agent and client success. Analytical skills are necessary as the agent will develop valuation and negotiating competencies. Additional competencies include:
- Bachelor’s degree, or some college plus active real estate license (by start date)
- Proven client service and relationship-building skills as evidenced through closed real estate business.
- Proven professionalism, ethics, and character.
