Who You Are:A skilled Conversion Optimization and SEO Specialist who will lead our efforts in optimizing key conversion points and enhancing our website's search engine performance. In this role, you will manage a small team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive lead generation, improve conversion rates, and boost organic search rankings.What You Will Do!
- Manage and optimize key conversion points on the website, including landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms.
- Conduct A/B testing and continually measure the performance of CTAs, landing pages, and other conversion elements to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead SEO initiatives, including on-page optimization, keyword research, and link-building strategies, to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Manage a small team (1-3).
- Collaborate with content creation, email marketing, and social media teams to optimize each conversion path and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Analyze website analytics, heatmaps, and user behavior data to uncover insights and develop data-driven optimization strategies.
- Implement conversion rate optimization techniques, such as progressive profiling, smart CTAs, and personalization, to improve lead-to-customer conversion rates.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of conversion optimization efforts and drive marketing-qualified leads for the sales team.
RequirementsWhat Skills You Need:
- Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, SEO, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, website analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience managing a small team, including setting goals, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Practical knowledge of tools such as Jira, GA4, VWO, Mouseflow, and Clickfunnels.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.
