Job Overview:
CapCenter is rapidly growing and looking to build out the next level of resources for our realty department. CapCenter has grown from a mortgage lender into a mortgage, realty, and insurance provider in the last five years. In that time, we have also grown our geographic market footprint by 20x, and we’re constantly trying to grow our market share in both our new and existing markets. A Marketing and Sales Professional can analytically identify an opportunity, form a creative plan, executive, and report on the initiative’s outcome.
The candidate will work across multiple sales mediums. You will work with realty leadership, our agents in the field, digital, accounting, and legal professionals to executive a first in class marketing and sales plan for the realty team. Responsibilities: The Marketing and Sales Professional is responsible for duplicating CapCenter’s values in a new marketplace:

Qualifications: The candidate must be competitive and can work independently and as a member of a team. In addition to having the ability or desire to lead, the candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of proven business acumen preferred
- Success in marketing, sales, and/ or relationship building
- Strong analytical, writing, and creative communication skills
