YOUR TEAM
Our Data Quality Team is responsible for implementing a robust data quality framework. We are dedicated to empowering internal teams by providing them with tools to enhance data quality. Through the implementation of dynamic visualizations and dashboards, we offer real-time insights into data quality for both internal users and customers, aiding internal and external stakeholders in interpreting and utilizing the data effectively. With a steadfast focus on precision and streamlined processes, we strive to ensure that our solutions are not only effective but also agile enough to meet the ever-evolving needs of our users.
YOUR OPPORTUNITIES
You will be instrumental in shaping and implementing our data quality architecture and strategy. You will collaborate with a talented team of engineers and health data experts, contributing to the enhancement of our data quality processes. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver critical data to our customers and improve internal operations.Your responsibilities will include:
- Building a well-tested, continuously-deployable, and high-quality codebase that supports developer velocity and exceptional reliability
- Building performant, well-documented, scalable data quality framework that will allow other teams to build data quality checks (GX, DBT)
- Integrate data quality framework into various data pipelines (Prefect)
- Partnering with other engineers to solve complex business and engineering problems
- Designing data quality schemas in partnership with the data engineers and health data experts for reporting and monitoring (Thoughtspot, Snowflake)
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with full-time software engineering
- Expertise in Python programming language
- Experience leveraging data quality frameworks
- Experience using data storage and retrieval technologies, such as MySQL, Snowflake, etc.
- Excellent debugging and data analysis skills with real experience problem-solving with data
- Ability to write clearly and document their ideas
- Passionate about writing high-quality code
- Curiosity for learning, being a self-starter who is eager to try new things
- Experience with cloud technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in designing the data quality architecture, or leading data quality project
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing
- Experience with data in healthcare, fintech, or other similar industries
- Experience working on compliant and secure systems, in partnership with audit, legal, and security
We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The expected salary range for this position is $162,000 to $198,000.
