Creative Director
to join Wildlife's
Marketing Creative Studio team
. As a Creative Director, you'll play a key role in our marketing campaigns, overseeing the production of Video, Playable, and Static Creative projects that drive User Acquisition. You’ll work directly with Product Marketing Managers and the Analytics team to gain insights, transform them into actionable creative concepts, and guide the production team through the entire process to ensure high-quality and impactful marketing content.We know that the work we do has a high impact on our company's success and culture.

What you'll do
- Create and direct the production of Video, Playable, and Static Creative projects for Marketing campaigns focused on User Acquisition.
- Collaborate closely with PMMs and the Analytics team to gain insights and translate them into high-quality creative projects.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and gather insights from competitors, applying them to improve our creative strategies.
- Lead the ideation process, developing pitches and briefings for the production team that align with marketing strategies.
- Oversee the creative process from conception to execution, ensuring a seamless production flow and meeting deadlines.
What you'll need
- A degree in Advertising, Marketing, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience in creative leadership.
- Strong understanding of creative processes, including video, playable, and static ad production.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams, specifically 2D and 3D artists and Playable Ad Developers, directing and overseeing their production to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders and drive creative decisions across the organization.
- Excellent knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer insights, focusing on applying them to creative strategies.
- A solid portfolio demonstrating your ability to deliver innovative and impactful creative projects.
Nice to Have
- Broad experience in creative direction, especially within the gaming or digital marketing industry.
- Familiarity with competitive analysis tools and experience collaborating with stakeholders to generate creative ideas and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of advanced creative software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling, or video editing platforms.
