Minimum Qualification:
Bachelors In Design/Technology or Equivalent
Required Tools:
Figma
Photoshop
Prototyping Tools (e.g., InVision, Marvel, ProtoPie)
Collaboration Tools (e.g., Zeplin, Abstract, Miro)
HTML/CSS Knowledge (Basic understanding for better communication with developers)
Good to have:
Sketch or Adobe XD (Familiarity with other design tools can be a plus)

Skills:
Wireframe Creation
Should be able to create low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity wireframes.
UI Design
Should be able to design UIs with a focus on UX.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to create aesthetically pleasing and brand-consistent designs.
UX Research
Should be interested in learning more about UX research.
Conducting user research, interviews, and surveys.
Analyzing and interpreting user data and behavior.
Usability Testing
Conducting usability testing and iterating on designs based on feedback.
Design System Creation
Should be able to create a design system.
Interaction Design
Understanding user interactions and creating designs for smooth experiences.
Creating micro-interactions to enhance user experience.
Responsive and Adaptive Design
Designing interfaces for a variety of devices and screen sizes.
Knowledge of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
Accessibility (a11y)
Designing with accessibility in mind, ensuring usability for people with disabilities.
Familiarity with WCAG guidelines.
Continuous Learning
Passion for staying up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
Interest in expanding skills, such as learning new tools or diving deeper into UX research.
Portfolio
