Job description:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Manual Tester with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Web application UI testing Database API testing and possess a willingness to learn and grow, particularly in automation tools. Prior experience in the e-commerce domain is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of Web application, UI testing, Database, API testing testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects in Jira.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Prepare and execute test cases, scenarios, and test scripts.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide inputs on testing requirements.
- Report and document test results, and work on defect tracking tools.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new testing tools and methodologies, especially Automation tools.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (Graduation)
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing, particularly in Web application UI testing.
- Preferred: Knowledge of the e-commerce domain.
