Job Summary:
As a Client Ambassador/General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our installation crew while also acting as a liaison between our company and clients. Your focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and building strong relationships. This position offers an opportunity to learn, develop, and grow alongside a team of dedicated individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Drive company trucks to and from job sites safely and efficiently.
- Assist the installation crew in completing projects according to job requirements.
- Remove waste and debris from job sites using equipment and power tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness after installations are completed.
- Uphold OSHA and Perma-Seal safety standards to ensure a secure work environment.
- Serve as a client ambassador by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Foster positive client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with the crew chief and field manager to meet client expectations.
- Act as a team player, working both independently and under supervision.
- Assist with other duties as needed and directed by the crew chief/field manager.
Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- The ability to lift, load, and unload materials without restrictions.
- A valid driver's license in good standing and a good driving record.
- Have or willing to obtain C-Class license
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the capacity to work independently or as part of a crew.
- Knowledge of basement systems, including waterproofing, structural foundation repair, and concrete work, is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills and a desire to build positive client relationships.
