We are currently looking for a Special Loans Analyst I to join our team.The Special Loans Analyst I (SLA) is responsible to review and analyze various data points for Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARMs) and previously modified loans and compare to the appropriate document.
The SLA will also search and locate servicing documents and ensure proper servicing controls are in place within MSP system.
What you will do for Fay:
- Review, input and verify servicing system with adjustable-rate mortgage and modification data for accuracy post-servicing transfer
- Research and respond to Special Loans Inbox inquiries and tasks in a timely manner
- Communicate well with internal and external departments to acquire prior servicer documentation and/or confirmation
- High level of organization is required to manage multiple tasks
What you will bring to Fay:
High school diploma/GED required; College degree preferred- 1-3 years of Mortgage Servicing/Banking/Finance experience
- High degree of organization
Mathematical computation and reasoning skills
PC skills – Outlook, Word, Excel
