Must have skills/certs:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Must hold an active certification (or have the ability to obtain within 6 months) that complies with DoD 8140/8570 Cybersecurity Workforce requirements for IAT Level 2: (Security+, SSCP, CySA+, etc.)
- Direct Hands-on experience managing an Enterprise MDM solution such as VMware Workspace One, Samsung SDS EMM, MobileIron, etc.
- Direct Hands-on experience provisioning, configuring, and troubleshooting Android based mobile devices
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting network services such as DNS, DHCP, NTP, etc. on End-User Devices
- Experience managing, and troubleshooting mobile applications
- Experience creating and managing mobile security policies and enforcement for managed devices
- Ability to interface directly with end users and provide technical assistance
- Ability to work as an effective member of a team in a collaborative manner
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Nice to have skills/certs:
- Experience supporting, and troubleshooting server Operating Systems or Hypervisors such as Windows Server/Hyper-V (2016 – 2022), RHEL (7,8, or 9), or VMware (7 or 8)
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting mobile VPN Clients such as: Cisco Any Connect, Aruba VIA, Fortinet FortiClient
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting PKI infrastructures and X.509 certificates supporting protocols such as: EST & OCSP
