Your Impact
The SeniorWeb3 IR role will play a critical role in enhancing the investors’ and community’s confidence in our solution, our tokens, and our management team. This is a proactive and fast-paced role, requiring a dynamic approach to IR amid the constantly developing blockchain and crypto ecosystem.
What you will do
- Design and develop innovative investment strategies leveraging your understanding and experience in the blockchain / crypto environment.
- Developing close cross-functional relationships with Community managers, Strategy, Legal, Marketing, Product and other areas within ICN whose functions are directly or indirectly important to ICN positioning.
- Cultivate and maintain strong investor relationships particularly within the Web3 and blockchain investment communities, ensuring ongoing engagement and trust.
- Communicate effectively with investors, informing them regularly about the company’s financial health, strategy, growth trajectory, and market positioning through detailed reports, presentations, and direct communications.
- Organize and manage investor events and communications, leading the planning of investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences, ensuring that the company’s investment narratives are effectively communicated.
- Monitor market trends, investor sentiment and community perception of the company gathering intelligence, particularly in the blockchain and Web3 sectors, and providing strategic insights to senior management to refine the company’s investor relations approach.
What you bring
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field, from a top University.
- Specific experience in investor relations, financial communications, corporate finance, or equity research.
- Demonstrated understanding of financial markets, financial reporting, and corporate strategy.
- Significant experience and connections in the Blockchain and Web3 finance sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis, and investors’ reporting.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, manage multiple priorities, solve problems and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; and G-Suite; familiarity with web3 specific databases and intelligence sources (e.g. Coinmarketcap).
