The Business Intelligence team is a small but growing function that will play a critical role in helping Postscript scale. We currently have a mix of Analytics Engineers and Product Analysts on the team. Our mission is to improve decision making at all levels of the company through trusted data, tools, and analysis. To accomplish our goals, we need versatile builders and analysts! As a Senior Product Analyst, you’ll have an exciting opportunity to be the primary analyst for growth and go-to-market (GTM) teams.
Your insights and recommendations will have a direct impact on strategy, goals, and product design. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with lots of opportunity for growth. Primary duties
- Partner closely with GTM and the Growth team to define metrics, identify data needs, and produce impactful analyses
- Develop new metrics to focus the teams on the key factors and track progress
- Design experiments and perform A/B testing to measure the efficacy of initiatives
- Create reports and presentations to summarize findings and drive action
- Build self-service dashboards to democratize data and automate reporting
- Collaborate with BI, Data Engineering, and Product to ensure upstream data sources are delivered with the right frequency, grain, and information to support business objectives
What We’ll Love About You
- 5+ years of experience working in analytics, business operations, or data science
- Proven ability to produce insights and present findings to non-technical audiences
- Experience with advanced analytics (e.g., A/B testing, regressions, time series)
- Highly proficient in SQL with demonstrated skill in building complex analytical queries
- Experience building self-service dashboards in a BI platform (e.g., Looker, Sigma, Hex, Steamlit, Retool)
- Strong business acumen to understand financial and go-to-market strategies
- Highly curious with a history of proactively identifying opportunities
- High growth/early stage experience strongly preferred
- Python or R experience is a huge plus

- Hiring Manager Intro: You’ll hop on a quick call with the Hiring Manager so your future Manager can get to know you better — This is a great time to learn more about the team & position.
- Virtual Onsite Interviews: You’ll be meeting with 2-4 team members on a series of video calls. This is your chance to ask questions and see who this role interacts with on a daily basis.
- Homework Assignment: We will send over an exercise that challenges you to solve a problem & come up with a creative solution, or outline how you've solved a problem in the past. Get a feel for what you’ll be doing on a daily basis!
- Final FEACH Interview: This is our interview to assess your ability to represent how you work via our FEACH values. As we build the #1 team in Ecommerce, we look for individuals who embody FEACH professionally and personally. We want to hear about this in your final interview!
