Mobile App Developer

This position is fully remote. We are seeking a candidate who can work within the South American time zones to help bridge the gap between our team’s various time zones. Candidates located in Argentina, Colombia, or Brazil are preferred due to their alignment with our time zone needs.

Mobile App Developer Requirements:

Experience:

• Experience in mobile applications, preference for Fintech or Digital Asset experience
• Proven track record of developing mobile applications. Extra considerations for those with experience in financial technology or digital asset spaces.
• Experience with financial services, digital payments, banking, and/or investment platforms

Technical Expertise:

• Excellent proficiency in frameworks like Flutter or React Native
• Vast experience integrating APIs and third-party services
• Understanding of blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies, and smart contracts

Security & Operations:

• Expertise with security best practices in software development
• Experience working within SOCII, GDPR, & ISO guidelines
• Familiarity with containerized application management processes such as Kubernetes
• Experience managing mobile applications on iOS and Android

UX:

• Experience taking complex web applications and scaling them into mobile application interfaces
• Deep understanding of reactive design principles

Performance:

• Ability to adapt to the demands of rapidly moving early-stage company processes. Attendance and participation in daily calls is critical.
• Strong technical expertise in cutting-edge mobile app development processes
• Experience working with agile development tools such as Jira
• Proven ability to estimate and deliver according to project timelines

Communication:

• Excellent communication skills are a must within a global company spanning multiple time zones
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, across complex technical topics

Portfolio:

• Demonstrated experience through a portfolio or resume showcasing practical application of technical proficiency
• Positive references
