Business
Support Analyst to join our team.Provide operational support for account management functions. Recommend and implement operational improvements as well as ensure adherence to operational practices and procedures. This position will track open projects and initiatives across the teams in account management. Requires knowledge of mortgage servicing operations, project tracking and technical writing skills. Relies on some instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
A high degree of autonomy is expected and will be required in order to make decisions regarding reporting and process alterations. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
What you will do for Fay:
- Complete monthly analysis of quality results for all account management teams and recommend remediation plans to improve performance.
- Perform operational maintenance tasks: Annual audits and vendor questionnaires.
- Compile a variety of daily, weekly and monthly reports related to projects, issues management and open JIRA tickets across Account Management.
- Prepare a variety of documents including: spreadsheets, charts, procedures and presentation materials for external or internal purposes.
- Develop effective relationships with internal staff and external vendors through verbal and written communications.
- Organize and expedite the flow of work. Proactively follow up with manager regarding deadlines and project status.
- Ongoing focus on improving processes, making recommendations, and participating in implementations to improve overall efficiency, including training for those improvements.
What you bring to Fay:
- Associates degree or college equivalent, technical or business related is preferred.
- 1-3 year of mortgage servicing experience.
- Background in technical writing and analysis
- Intermediate to advanced data manipulation skills in Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Experience in procedural writing a plus.
- Ability to analyze and document operational processes.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast pace environment.
- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational, analytical and trouble shooting skills.
