Our GRC team at Constant is looking for an Entry Level IT Risk Analyst who will report to the Director GRC, Privacy and Contract Compliance. The ideal candidate will assist the organization by protecting internal systems and data by validation of internal controls. The GRC team’s mission is to ensure and monitor compliance to industry standards and regulations, reduce risks, costs and duplication of work effort. This is your opportunity to join an effective team and leave your mark on Constant and the future of Cloud Infrastructure.What to expect: This is an entry level role and will assist in evaluating IT risks on Constant systems, processes, controls, and third parties to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, legal, and industry standards including supporting GRC in auditing of:
- Support the development and implementation of data center user access controls and reviews;
- Transition to being the primary GRC contact for all data center user access reviews
- Assist in identifying risks of data center physical and logical security
- Assist in developing, maintaining and manage the operating procedures for data center ongoing compliance and security management
- Support third party risk management and vendor lifecycle management including vendor on/offboarding, enhance existing processes for required notification and verification of Constant and customer data removal
- Support GRC in:
- Establishing, developing, promoting process efficiency
- Governance policy and standard creation, socialization and document lifecycle management
- Assisting in conducting Third Party RIsk Management
- Conducting IT risk assessments supporting Constant compliance requirements
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 1 year experience in IT RIsk Management and/or IT Auditing
- 1 to 2 years experience working in a corporate IT or technology setting
- A general understanding with at least two of the following:
- Experience with project management tools and/or ticketing systems (i.e. Jira, Service Now)
- Helpful but not required experience with SaaS based GRC platforms, Third Party Risk Management tools
- General understanding of cloud hosting
- Experience with Google Suite
