The Job
As a Senior Demand Generation Manager at Panther, you’ll be the centerpiece of our growth initiatives, powering the adoption of Panther’s next-generation Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platform. In this pivotal role, you’ll own all of Panther’s digital and social marketing channels and campaigns, developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads, qualified sales pipeline, and revenue.This is a high-profile role on a dynamic, high-performance team that will drive the next phase of Panther’s growth.
You’ll collaborate closely across marketing, sales, partnerships, and go-to-market leadership to ensure alignment and achieve key business objectives.

The Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads that convert into sales pipeline, opportunities, and revenue
- Implement ABM programs, leveraging intent signals and analytics to target accounts, create personalized engagement experiences, monitor performance, and continuously refine
- Oversee planning, execution, and measurement of full-funnel marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels—digital, web, search, social, and more—with creative and messaging tailored to our target personas and ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Own all paid digital and paid social media campaigns and programming, creating compelling creative and copy to drive brand awareness and convert prospects to leads
- Collaborate closely with web, design, content, field, and product marketing to craft compelling marketing tactics and assets that foster engagement and elevate our brand
- Manage and optimize email marketing programs, incorporating compelling messaging, personalization, and A/B testing workflows to generate and nurture qualified leads
- Support partner marketing strategies and execute tactics spanning joint webinars, co-branded campaigns, collaborative field events, and more
- Collaborate with sales and revenue operations to ensure leads are effectively handed off and followed up on, incorporating feedback to optimize marketing operations and lead scoring processes
- Monitor campaign performance and track engagement, conversions, and campaign ROI, identifying areas for optimization and reporting progress to leadership stakeholders
The Requirements
- 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth marketing, performance marketing, or similar role, with previous experience with a startup preferred
- Demonstrated experience creating end-to-end digital and social media marketing programs that generate brand awareness, leads, and qualified pipeline
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hubspot, 6sense), digital, web, and social media marketing tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Google Ads, Folloze, Wordpress, SEMRush, Reddit), and how they integrate with Salesforce CRM
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience optimizing campaigns with data-driven decisions
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and maintain high performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry landscape and cloud infrastructure tools is a big plus
- Please note, the preferred locations for this role are Denver and Atlanta
Cash compensation range: 120,000-150,000 USD Annually
The cash compensation above includes base salary and on-target commission for employees in eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full-time Pantherinos are eligible to participate in our equity plan to receive Incentive Stock Options (ISO). Individual compensation packages are based on a few factors unique to each candidate, including their location, experience, and expertise, and may vary from the above-mentioned range.
